The time has come! The publication portal (Dissemination Portal) of the SCIP database is viewable. Originally, the data was to be published as early as the first quarter of 2021, but this was delayed due to "unforeseen technical challenges." No new date was given in March.
Now the SCIP dissemination portal has been published for a few days. Initially, the dissemination portal will contain only a minimal set of features, which will be expanded over time.
