On 02.04.2020 the implementation decision (EU) 2020/480 (OJ L 102, p. 6) for the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC was published. This amends the implementing decision (EU) 2019/436:
Annex I of Implementing Decision (EU) 2019/436 is amended in accordance with Annex I to this Decision. Annex III to Implementing Decision (EU) 2019/436 is amended in accordance with Annex II to this Decision. The Implementing Decision (EU) 2020/480 shall enter into force on 02.04.2020.
